The ones I can get are quite skimpy and the pasta-to-meat ratio your recipe describes is not quite right for my family that must properly balance carbohydrates with protein. Frugality for my meals cannot mean, "Pile on the pasta; they won't notice the lack of meat." The flavor combinations are otherwise good. I will give it a try.
