- 3 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 2/3 cup half and half
- 12 oz package semi sweet chocolate chips
- 7 oz jar marshmallow cream
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp vanilla
Butter a 13 x 9 pan and set aside.
In a sauce pan combine sugar butter and milk, mix and bring to a full rolling boil. Boil 4 minutes stirring constantly. Then add vanilla, chocolate chips and marshmallow cream, and walnuts, stirring well. When thoroughly mixed and melted, pour or spread in the 13x 9 pan, and let cool, then cut and serve.
